Auld Lang Syne

I have been blogging for several years now. At the end of each year, I love to go back over the posts from the year and share with you a meme of the year’s posts. This is a Meme I’ve done for several years.

The rules are pretty basic:

  • Take the first line of the first post from every month in 2010 and play the game.
  • Create a link to the original post so readers can continue reading when compelled to do so. (My link will be in the name of the month.)
  • For extra jazziness, include a picture from the post.

JANUARY
I must admit, I believe in the theory of numerology…

FEBRUARY
As you know, I live with my father and his wife…

MARCH
If you read my post from earlier today, you may have been able to guess that I’m in the middle of some BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG stuff…

APRIL
So I saw on FB that there is a strong possibility (over 52% according to NPR) that our nation’s government may shut down…

MAY
I’m sitting on the floor, beside the bed peering out the slightly-opened window and gazing at Mount Timpanogas as the sun rises…

JUNE
No, I’m not talking about motorcycles or bicycles…

JULY
I ran into a sweet friend the other night and she said, “Angie! What’s going on in your life? You’re all glowy! Oh! Are you in love? Who’s the lucky person?” …

AUGUST
I threw open the curtains this morning feeling as excited as though it was Christmas morning because I could feel the truth of what I would discover when the outside was revealed to me…

SEPTEMBER
I have been thinking as of late about the turn of events that have taken place in my life over the last 2 years…

OCTOBER
I sit here before my computer, feeling the driven impulse to WRITE… something… but, I have no idea what is needing to come through me…

NOVEMBER
I am unceasingly amazed by the after-effects of choices that, at the time, seem so inconsequential and irrelevant.

DECEMBER
Last night, a series of events happened that resulted in me having a surprise opening in my time and space to do with as I wanted…
