Breathing IS living. It is the movement of your body, energy and emotions. Humans frequently tend to stop up their breathing by breathing shallowly with as little effort as possible. When you stop up your breathing, you block your movement, energy and emotions.
Because breathing is something we do automatically, it is taken for granted and often forgotten. Take 30 seconds, sit or stand somewhere comfortable and focus on breathing in fully and exhaling fully, slowly and consciously. For just 30 seconds.
