After having it rain for two days, non-stop, it is interesting to look out at the world to see the same grayness without any rain. Things are very still outside and it feels a little eerie. The atmosphere is full of expectancy and seems to be standing on the brink, simply waiting. I can relate.
Today, I am grateful for… * discoveries after searching for two months * NyQuil * friends * people who follow their impulses and call right when I need them to to tell me that they love me and they are thinking about me * a warm place to call home that shelters me and my daughter from the elements and keeps us safe * experiencing life * curious dreams * my body and its miraculous ability to keep on keepin’ on.
I am alive and oh so very blessed.
