Any mentor or coach worth her fee will walk with you through the development of a plan to reach your desired goal and she will do it so that you have small, doable chunks to check off as you go, so that you’re able to see progress along the way. She will also tell you to remain focused and, if you stray, then return to the path you’ve laid out for yourself. She will guide you along, maybe even hold your hand at times, but through it all, she will be supporting you on your way to success. And there is one more thing that this powerful mentor will be doing along the way… she will remind you to pause at times, breathe deeply, and inhale the fragrance of the beautiful wild roses edging your path to success. Any journey should be a combination of determination and delight, even when (or maybe, especially when) the path is very narrow and focused on a specific point.
