I woke with a sense that today was a magical day. I wasn’t sure why, but it just seemed that there was magic waiting in the wings. Then I went to the window and opened the curtains to discover the day had began clear and brilliantly bright. The sun was shining and I suddenly had the realization that I was witnessing magic – a miracle – right then and there: the sun had risen. Although it is an everyday occurrence, in that moment I recognized it as the breathtaking gift that it truly is and that I have taken it for granted.
Today, I am appreciating… * the gift of this day * the beautiful blue sky * the brilliant sunrise * laughter with loved ones * feeling the inspiration to say things I would have never have normally said and hearing the response, “That is exactly what I needed to hear.” * the presence of the Divine in my life * uncovering the patterns in me that have kept me stuck * creating a new belief system that now supports me and lifts me up * understanding that *I* am a gift.
I am loving my life.
