When Facebook Friends Meet

Tonight, I had the delightful experience to ride with Jen up to Layton to visit the home of some newly-found Facebook friends, Mike and Kristin Norton. What a fun adventure to meet face-to-face with people we’ve talked with online and on the blogtalk radio show that Jen hosts.

We spent time doing “show and tell” sharing with one another something interesting that we love and the stories behind it. We ate a delicious meal together and we got to know one another a little bit more. We laughed together, shed a few tears together and blew through five hours before we even knew it had happened. I feel happy to have been welcomed into their home so warmly and affectionately.

I love that technology is making this world an even smaller place!
